Hovor\u00ed sa jej \u201ePerla I\u00f3nskeho mora\u201c a poviem v\u00e1m, nie je to len marketingov\u00fd \u0165ah z let\u00e1kov cestovn\u00fdch kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f sme tam dorazili, mala som pocit, \u017ee som sa ocitla vo filme. Nie v tom modernom, ak\u010dnom, ale v starej dobrej klasike, kde d\u00e1my nosia klob\u00faky, p\u00e1ni \u013eanov\u00e9 ko\u0161ele a v\u0161etci maj\u00fa \u010das.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Divadlo s najkraj\u0161ou kulisou na svete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre m\u0148a, ako pre \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd od detstva sn\u00edval o archeol\u00f3gii, bola jasn\u00e1 prv\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka: <strong>Teatro Antico<\/strong> (alebo ako ho poznaj\u00fa turisti, <em>Teatro Greco<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1\u0165 v starovekom gr\u00e9ckom divadle je z\u00e1\u017eitok s\u00e1m o sebe. C\u00edtite t\u00fa v\u00e1hu storo\u010d\u00ed pod nohami. Ale st\u00e1\u0165 v gr\u00e9ckom divadle v Taorm\u00edne? To je nie\u010do, \u010do sa ned\u00e1 op\u00edsa\u0165, to mus\u00edte vidie\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predstavte si, \u017ee sed\u00edte na kamenn\u00fdch stup\u0148och, kde pred tis\u00edckami rokov sedeli Rimania a Gr\u00e9ci, sledujete javisko a priamo za n\u00edm, v pozad\u00ed ako dokonal\u00e1 kulisa, sa t\u00fd\u010di dymiaca Etna a pod \u0148ou sa trblieta nekone\u010dn\u00e9 more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tej chv\u00edli som si uvedomila, ak\u00ed boli t\u00ed starovek\u00ed stavitelia geni\u00e1lni. Nepotrebovali \u0161peci\u00e1lne efekty. Sta\u010dilo im to, \u010do vytvorila pr\u00edroda. Je to poh\u013ead, pri ktorom zabudnete d\u00fdcha\u0165 (a na chv\u00ed\u013eu aj na to, \u017ee v\u00e1s bolia nohy z t\u00fdch strm\u00fdch uli\u010diek).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arancini, espresso a lekcia od majite\u013ea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 mesto je ako bonboni\u00e9ra. Hlavn\u00e1 tepna, <em>Corso Umberto<\/em>, je pln\u00e1 \u017eivota, ale tie prav\u00e9 poklady n\u00e1jdete, ke\u010f z nej odbo\u010d\u00edte. V jednej z t\u00fdch \u00fazkych, k\u013eukat\u00fdch uli\u010diek sme prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t ochutnali ich n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 jedlo \u2013 <strong>Arancini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fa to s\u00fdte ry\u017eov\u00e9 guli\u010dky (alebo ku\u017eele), obalen\u00e9 v zlatistom trojobale a vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 dochrumkava. Vo vn\u00fatri ukr\u00fdvaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne plnky, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie rag\u00fa z mlet\u00e9ho m\u00e4sa s hr\u00e1\u0161kom alebo \u0165ahav\u00fd syr s maslom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mali sme \u0161\u0165astie na \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9ho p\u00e1na majite\u013ea, ktor\u00fd sa n\u00e1s ujal. S pravou talianskou v\u00e1\u0161\u0148ou n\u00e1m vysvetlil, ako toto jedlo vzniklo, ako sa obmie\u0148aj\u00fa plnky a pre\u010do maj\u00fa ten tvar, ak\u00fd maj\u00fa. A na z\u00e1ver? Uvaril n\u00e1m dokonal\u00e9 <strong>sic\u00edlske espresso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poviem v\u00e1m, t\u00e1 intenz\u00edvna chu\u0165 a v\u00f4\u0148a&#8230; c\u00edtili sme ju na jazyku e\u0161te ve\u013emi dlho po vypit\u00ed. Bola to hust\u00e1, \u010dierna esencia energie, bo\u017esk\u00e1 k\u00e1va, ktor\u00e1 v\u00e1s postav\u00ed na nohy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ra\u0148ajky \u0161ampi\u00f3nov: Granita &amp; Brioche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci je espresso z\u00e1klad, v hor\u00facich mesiacoch sme pochopili, \u017ee sic\u00edlske ra\u0148ajky vyzeraj\u00fa inak, ne\u017e sme zvyknut\u00ed. \u017diadna pra\u017eenica. Tu vl\u00e1dne <strong>Granita al caff\u00e8 con panna &amp; brioche<\/strong> (K\u00e1vov\u00e1 \u013eadov\u00e1 dr\u0165 so \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkou a sladkou brio\u0161kou).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granita nie je oby\u010dajn\u00e1 zmrzlina ani na\u0161a vodov\u00e1 \u013eadov\u00e1 dr\u0165. Je to na\u0161\u013eahan\u00fd z\u00e1zrak. Miestni maj\u00fa svoj ritu\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd sme si okam\u017eite osvojili aj my: do tejto \u013eadovej k\u00e1vovej drte si nam\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa tepl\u00fa, sladk\u00fa brio\u0161ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to dokonal\u00fd kontrast \u2013 studen\u00e9 a tepl\u00e9, hork\u00e9 a sladk\u00e9, chrumkav\u00e9 a rozpl\u00fdvaj\u00face sa. Ke\u010f sed\u00edte na terase s t\u00fdmto poh\u00e1rom pred sebou, zist\u00edte, \u017ee \u017eivot je naozaj kr\u00e1sny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dolce Vita po slovensky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Taorm\u00edna m\u00e1 v sebe ist\u00fa noblesu. M\u0148a na tom celom najviac bavilo pozorova\u0165 tie kontrasty. Na jednej strane luxusn\u00e9 butiky a hotely, kde noc stoj\u00ed tis\u00edce eur, a hne\u010f ved\u013ea toho babka v \u010diernom, ktor\u00e1 ve\u0161ia bielize\u0148 na balk\u00f3ne a kri\u010d\u00ed na susedu o dve poschodia ni\u017e\u0161ie. To je to prav\u00e9 Taliansko, ktor\u00e9 na tom milujem. \u017diadna steriln\u00e1 kr\u00e1sa, ale \u017eiv\u00fd, pulzuj\u00faci organizmus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z Taorm\u00edny som si odniesla nielen fotky, ale hlavne pocit, \u017ee kr\u00e1sa a hist\u00f3ria m\u00f4\u017eu existova\u0165 v dokonalej symbi\u00f3ze. A tie\u017e presved\u010denie, \u017ee brio\u0161ka so zmrzlinou s\u00fa plnohodnotn\u00e9 ra\u0148ajky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak sa niekedy ocitnete na Sic\u00edlii, Taorm\u00ednu nesmiete vynecha\u0165. Nie kv\u00f4li fotk\u00e1m na Instagram, ale kv\u00f4li tomu momentu v divadle, ke\u010f sa pozriete na Etnu a poviete si: \u201eWau.
