Nem\u00e1te bambusov\u00fa podlo\u017eku na sushi? V\u00f4bec nevad\u00ed! Posta\u010d\u00ed v\u00e1m oby\u010dajn\u00e1 <strong>potravinov\u00e1 f\u00f3lia<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa si rozprestrieme na dosku.<br \/>Na f\u00f3liu polo\u017e\u00edme list morskej riasy (lesklou stranou nadol).<br \/>Priprav\u00edme si misku s \u010distou vodou, v ktorej si navlh\u010d\u00edme ruky (aby sa n\u00e1m ry\u017ea nelepila na prsty).<br \/>Na riasu rovnomerne rozprestrieme vrstvu ry\u017ee, pri\u010dom na hornom okraji nech\u00e1me asi 1,5\u20132 cm vo\u013en\u00fd p\u00e1sik.<br \/>Na ry\u017eu natrieme tenu\u010dk\u00fd p\u00e1sik wasabi (pod\u013ea chuti), ulo\u017e\u00edme pl\u00e1tky avok\u00e1da, uhorky, \u017eltej papriky a \u00faden\u00e9ho lososa.<br \/>Pomocou potravinovej f\u00f3lie riasu pevne a prec\u00edzne zvinieme do pevnej rolky. Vo\u013en\u00fd okraj riasy jemne navlh\u010d\u00edme vodou, aby sa rolka perfektne zalepila a dr\u017eala tvar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17811215601441243\" class=\"direction-step\">Serv\u00edrovanie<br \/>Hotov\u00fa rolku nakr\u00e1jame ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom (ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017eeme pred ka\u017ed\u00fdm rezom jemne namo\u010di\u0165 do vody) na \u00fah\u013eadn\u00e9 kolieska.
